From I 205:
Take the exit for Highway 212/224 east towards Estacada.
(if going northbound exit # 12.  Going southbound) exit # 12A.
Travel east ~ 3.3 miles highways 212 & 224 split  Turn right onto highway 224 to Estacada.

Travel east on highway 224 for a little over 6.5 miles
Turn left onto highway 211 towards Sandy

Go about 1.4 miles & just past the 2nd time you see Jackknife Road, turn right onto SE Howlett Road. 

Go east on Howlett Road ~ 1.8 miles, make several 90 degree turns
You’ll see Ernst Ranch’s big red barn and cupola’s over it’s covered arena on the left.
